How it works

Step 1 : Register your account

If you are completely new to Selling on BuyNatural, the first step is to register as a Merchant.

If you are already registered as a Merchant on BuyNatural, contact your BuyNatural Merchant Manager and they will enrol you in the FBN program.

Step 2 : Decide your product storage requirements

Your BuyNatural Merchant Manager will work with you to complete the ‘Fulfilment by BuyNatural’ enrolment where you are required to the products you want in the FBN program.

Step 3: Ship your products to BuyNatural

Make sure your products are packed securely and ready to be transported to our Fulfilment Centers in the best condition. After we receive your products, BuyNatural scans and checks in your inventory into our Fulfilment Centre warehouse system then stores it.

Step 4 : Customers order your products and BuyNatural picks, packs, and ships them

BuyNatural uses its warehouse management system to support the pick/pack team. We then dispatch your orders to customers all across Australia and into international markets. We even provide your or your customers with the tracking numbers (when available).

Step 5: BuyNatural provides customer support for your products and handle returns

With FBN, BuyNatural provides online 24/7 customer service for orders on buynatural.com.au. We’ll handle any refund and return requests for you directly with the customer. Selling has never been easier!
